1.2. Non-Perishable Goods: Non-perishable items (e.g., canned goods, packaged foods) can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.
2. Damaged or Spoiled Items
2.1. If you receive a damaged or spoiled item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (240) 453-9090 or kielbasafactory@hotmail.com. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged or spoiled item.
2.2. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund for the affected item(s).
3. Return Process

3.2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
4. Refunds
4.1. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
